LaserPilot Intelligent 2D projection software

LaserPilot enables the precise projection of 2D data onto flat surfaces and supports formats such as G-code, DXF, DWG, and IGES. The software can be connected directly to common CAD and CAM systems such as AlphaCam, MasterCam, or NC-Hops. The menu and control area are fully customizable. Function buttons can be individually named, grouped, and resized. This allows LaserPilot to be optimally tailored to your work processes—including remote control and a user-definable interface.
A hierarchical password system protects sensitive software areas. Administrators have full access rights, while standard users or groups are restricted to specified functions. LaserPilot supports multiple projectors at a single workstation and ensures maximum operational reliability through predefined processes. Events such as automatic shutdown or starting a projection at fixed positions can be configured individually.
LaserPilot has been used as the basis for developing specialized software solutions for various industries: ConcretePilot for precast concrete plants, RouterPilot for CNC machining, and TrussPilot for timber frame construction. In addition, LaserPilot Light offers a customized version for CNC machining centers that works directly with the machine’s control codes. All systems are installed and customized by SL Laser technicians and can also be used flexibly for other 2D applications in trade and industry.
