1. Real 3D projection
SL-Laser projection systems work with real 3D data. Automatic calibration guarantees reliable and precise patterns over time and environmental changes. Our full-featured SL3D software allows the importing and optimizing of projection data as well as the control and documentation of the production flow. ProCollector L is a laser CMM that can digitize any contour on the customer‘s molds to provide real 3D data for immediate projection or export to any CAD software. ProCollector L is fully integrated into the SL3D software. Multitooling adds the possibility of projecting simultaneously and independently on two or more molds. Every mold can be linked to its own remote control. Optimum return of investment is guaranteed.
2. Robust in harsh environments
Our flagship, the ProDirector 5 laser projector is built for real use in a real world. The enclosure is a proprietary design with a closed cooling circuit. Data is transmitted over proven industry-standard communication busses. A large customer base in concrete panel manufacturing proves the ProDirector 5 can handle the toughest environments.
3. Brightest projectors for 3D in the industry
ProDirector 5 can be supplied in 5mW class 2M/3R (international) and IIIa (USA) or 50mW class 3B (where allowable). Operator training certifies safe use without laser protection glasses. Please contact SL-Laser for details. The standard green laser color provides the best visibility. Red can be supplied if required.

The industry standard ProDirector 5 is now even faster! In Q1/2011 a new version of ProDirector 5 is available with a speed that is almost twice as high as before. The projected images are now free of flicker, providing workers a state of the art ergonomic production tool.
