The ProAssembler calibrates itself based on a semi-automatic scanning of the projection surfaces. You do not need additional targets or to set the laser up manually. A one off calibration is sufficient for all angles. During the process, the dimension to each projection surface is monitored constantly.
Any unwanted movement of the SL - Pro Assembler or the projection of the object is registered immediately. The ProAssembler reorients itself in the background oblivious to the user to maintain the optimum angle. The total integration with the control software provides advanced intelligent fitting algorithms in real time.
The ProAssembler finds its way everywhere, even in rooms or with forms that do not correspond to 100% to the 3D CAD data. In real production environment, the mounting surface may be deformed (by gravity or by other factors). The ProAssembler accounts for this automatically. The projection data is corrected in both position and geometry and converted to project the contours where they should fall. As required detailed information about the deformations can be provided also.
Tolerances are part of every day life - intelligent approach to this is the greatest strength of the SL-Laser ProAssembler.
